Our client is the North American division of a well-established European manufacturer and supplier of specialized equipment serving the paint and coatings industry. Operating in Canada for over 50 years, the company designs, manufactures, and distributes innovative solutions throughout North America.

The organization is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded General Manager to lead its Canadian headquarters and drive the next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team in Europe, the General Manager will have full responsibility for the Canadian operation, including sales, manufacturing (assembly only), customer service, procurement, finance, and overall business performance.
