As a General Manager of Technical Professional Services at the region's leading e-commerce enabler, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) brand store builds and professional services division. This role involves overseeing the delivery of end-to-end E-Commerce solutions for global brands, managing cross-functional teams across pre-sale support, project management, UX/UI design, engineering, and testing functions, while driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction in the fast-moving Southeast Asian e-commerce space.
