Job Description

Liebherr Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) Customer Support Mining. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all aspects of customer support business in close collaboration with the aftersales parts business, with the goal of achieving world-class service, optimal machine performance, and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Establish positive relationship with all customers, at different levels of the organization regarding aftersales topics through regular meetings, visits and contacts.

  • Actively promote the Liebherr service products, including parts, labor, modules, licenses, upgrades, etc

  • Oversee the management activities of the Field Services Department, both ad-hoc and contract.

  • Oversee the management activities of the Warranty Department.

  • Oversee the management activities of the Maintenance and reliability Department.
