Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for sales, marketing, budgeting, financial management, and the supervision of people and projects. A large part of the role is hands-on, on-site construction management — overseeing development projects on the ground from groundbreaking through to delivery. Alongside this, the role carries full portfolio-level responsibility from the desk: the optimal management of the company's existing hospitality real estate, and the identification of new investment, development, and construction opportunities to drive the business forward.
What You Will Do
- Lead on-site construction management of development projects, from concept and groundbreaking through to completion and handover.
- Manage every aspect of the real estate portfolio, both on-site and from the office.
