Job Description
Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the development of an integrated Capital Projects, Research & Development and Continuous Improvement department that is aligned with the overall capital investment and business growth strategy of Transnet and Transnet Pipe Lines
Ensure sound capital investment programme planning, execution and management in line with business priorities and strategic objectives
Ensure establishment of an integrated, planned and coordinated approach to capital projects and technology management to enable operations to achieve both their immediate and long-term business targets and objectives
Provide strategic leadership and guidance in continuous improvement with particular emphasis on sustainability and efficiency, and act as the focal point for Business Improvement within TPL
