Job Description
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.). We are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a high-level General Manager / Operations Lead to help run day-to-day operations, ensure client execution is on track, and build internal systems that allow the founder to focus on strategic growth.
This is not a task-based assistant role.
This is an ownership-minded leadership position.
You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for operational clarity, team accountability, client workflow management, and process optimization.
