THE ROLE

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the newly opened store location, overseeing staff, maintaining merchandise and providing exemplary customer service. Other duties include achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational standards, exceeding merchandising goals, building a highly motivated team, and furthering associates’ skills and clientele base.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Learning, referencing and applying product knowledge information to recommend, select, and obtain merchandise based on customers' needs.

  • Proactively seeking opportunities to up-sell and add-on additional merchandise, while enhancing customer experience, without overwhelming them. 

  • Establishing, meeting, and exceeding sales and performance goals 

  • Building lasting relationships with customers and expanding the client book
