You will achieve this through partnership with your trusted community doctors, vendors, and knowledgeable teams who help our patients see, look, and be their best. As the Office Leader, you will own all aspects of our office success inclusive of patient experiences, financial P&L, team member performance and development and office operations. You’ll have the opportunity to share knowledge and collaborate with your peers and be the ultimate brand ambassador. This role reports to the District Manager. Some evening and weekend shifts required.
