They supply automated deburring, polishing, superfinishing and surface improvement solutions into sectors including aerospace, motorsport and advanced manufacturing. Part of SurfacePrep, an established global group with over a century of presence in the surface finishing industry.

The General Manager Role

You will have full P&L ownership for the PDJ Vibro division and lead across operations, commercial strategy, people and financial performance. It is a hands‑on, wide‑ranging General Manager position where no two days look the same.
