Qualities

• Post matric qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience at senior level.
• Very strong F & B background with knowledge of stock control.
• Previous commercial restaurant experiences an added advantage.
• Worked on a 3- or 4-star establishment at senior level.
• Guest centric individual.
• Team player.
• Team leader who takes ownership.
• Tolerance to diverse cultures.
• PSD Innkeeper knowledge is an advantage.
