General Manager

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our Newcastle operations nationally. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding support and guidance to our clients and their outcomes across a broad portfolio of concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on management, leading a multidisciplinary team to win new work, innovate, and sustain high-quality service delivery. This role exists to bring fresh thinking, modern delivery methods, and local capability to the way we design and deliver projects for our clients across NSW and Australia.
