**Job Title: General Maintenance Worker** **Job Description**
This role performs a wide range of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to keep building systems, equipment, and facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained. You work primarily Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., handling basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance tasks while ensuring a safe work environment and timely completion of work orders.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, facility equipment, and tools to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
+ Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime and disruption.
