Job Description
Take your HVAC-R expertise to the next level with Dextrara Group as a General Maintenance Technician. This role includes installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of HVAC-R systems while ensuring compliance.
You'll report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for executing a variety of maintenance tasks in client facilities. The successful candidate will need a Red Seal 313A Certification and at least three years of experience in HVAC-R. Your strong knowledge of mechanical systems will help deliver high-quality service while mentoring junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC-R units
• Execute safety planning and site inspections
• Use CMMS to manage work orders effectively
• Communicate technical advice to clients and stakeholders
• Perform minor electrical work and assist on small projects
