Job Description

MaxSys Staffing & Consulting currently requires General Labourer – Manufacturing for various Calgary locations.Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the manufacturing plant manually or using powered equipment
  • Check and weigh materials and products
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed
  • Perform other labouring and elemental activities as assigned
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Work in a dusty, noisy, and outdoor environment
    • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
