General Labourer

The General Labourer, working in the ICI construction sector, will be efficient, safety minded, have good communication skills and be a team member. Capable of working with minimal supervision and willing to follow directions closely. Ideally, we are looking for labourers with special skills, such as concrete forming and carpentry. Responsibilities

• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding or other temporary structures; build and position forms for concrete and dismantle forms after use.
• Load and unload construction material on job sites.
• Perform heavy labour such as ditch digging and concrete demolition.
• Assist skilled workers with construction projects in all phases of rough and finish carpentry.
