Job Purpose
To provide general labouring support across ODL's operational activities, ensuring materials, equipment, and work areas are maintained safely and efficiently. The role supports site operations through manual handling, housekeeping, and assistance to colleagues in meeting production and service requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support production, maintenance, and operational teams as required.
- Carry out general manual handling tasks in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and waste disposal activities.
