Key Responsibilities
- Snow plowing and shoveling of driveways, pathways, and entrances
- De-icing and salt application
- Snow relocation or hauling off-site
- Monitoring and responding during snow events
- Performing site safety inspections
- Refilling salt bins and spreading materials as needed
- Completing other related tasks as assigned
- Previous snow shoveling or outdoor labour experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors for long hours in winter conditions
