**Job Description**
This position supports both plumbing and HVAC teams on new commercial construction projects by performing a variety of general labor tasks, including site cleanup, material handling, and basic drilling work.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clean and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe and organized work area.
+ Move and stage materials around the site to support plumbing and HVAC activities.
+ Drill holes using simple hand drills as directed by supervisors or skilled tradespeople.
+ Assist plumbing team members with basic tasks and preparation work as needed.
+ Support HVAC team members by handling tools, materials, and simple setup tasks.
+ Use hand tools safely and correctly in accordance with site procedures and instructions.
