Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer supporting Operations and Maintenance projects across solar farms in Virginia. This seasonal position, running from March to December, involves working primarily at the Eastern Shore Solar Farm, with occasional travel to sites in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. You will return home nightly, ensuring a balanced work-life routine.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support operations and maintenance functions on solar farms, focusing on vegetation maintenance.
+ Walk in rough terrain continuously throughout the day.
+ Lift and carry 25 pounds continuously throughout the day.
+ Follow written instructions accurately.
+ Work outdoors in hot and/or wet conditions for extended durations.
+ Commit to working 10-12 hour shifts effectively.
+ Maintain dependable transportation to the site daily.
