As a General Laborer/Paint Prep Technician, you'll play a crucial role in preparing heavy-duty truck spreaders and equipment for painting. This involves cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts to ensure a high-quality finish by the painters. + Prepare metal parts, assemblies, and truck equipment for painting.
+ Sand, grind, and smooth surfaces to remove rust, weld marks, dirt, grease, and imperfections.

+ Inspect surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards before entering the paint booth.
