**Job Description**
This General Laborer role supports precast manufacturing and construction operations by preparing and finishing concrete products, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and performing a variety of hands-on tasks in an outdoor production environment. You will work with hand and power tools, assist with concrete form preparation and detailing, and contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of the production process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Strip and clean concrete forms and finished concrete products to prepare them for reuse or shipment.
+ Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete, including cleaning, assembling, and ensuring proper setup.
