This role supports a busy rental department by loading and unloading staging equipment, preparing materials for shipment, and performing basic repairs and maintenance on stage decks and components. You work hands-on in a heavy manufacturing environment, helping ensure staging equipment is safe, clean, and ready for large-scale events and concerts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Unload and load 4x8 stage decks from trucks, using team lifts for heavy parts weighing up to approximately 100 pounds.
+ Unload bolts, legs, and other staging components from trailers and trucks.
+ Prepare materials and staging parts for shipping, including organizing and staging outgoing orders.
+ Receive incoming parts and materials through the receiving area and verify they are properly accounted for.
