Job Description

PPS is seeking hard-working individuals for the General Labor department at our aluminum foundry in Minerva. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits, room for advancement, and 3-4 day compressed weekly work schedule!

Responsibilities:  

  • Machine operation
  • Skimming slag
  • Flipping ingots
  • Palletizing
  • General cleaning

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts
  • Work in a HOT, dusty environment
  • Ability to lift, kneel, crouch, bend, stand for long periods, etc.

Preferences:

  • Prior manufacturing/industrial experience
