  • Provide L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
  • Offer advanced technical support for in‑house applications and developments.
  • Answer technical support calls, providing assistance and escalating to other support groups as needed.
  • Respond to email‑generated support requests or reports.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests.
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to resolve failures.
