  • Own project plans, resource plans, progress reporting, and project controls.
  • Accountable for RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks within the defined risk appetite.
  • Exhibit behavior aligned with organizational purpose and values.
  • Manage project execution and delivery practices with hands-on involvement in Agile/DevOps environments.
  • Oversee cost management, estimation, and planning activities.
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to performance metrics.
  • Communicate complex project or technical concepts effectively to peers and senior management.
  • Collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
