General Internist

The Division of Internal Medicine at the West Coast General Hospital has an opportunity for a 3 full-time General Internist.

The successful candidate will provide full spectrum of General Internal Medicine including full Intensive Care and Coronary Care capabilities to a 45,000 population referral base. Cardiac Stress testing, pulmonary function, 24-hour holter and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring capabilities are available on site.

West Coast General Hospital is a modern hospital (built in 2001) with 52 acute care beds (3 ICU). Clinical services include 24-hour emergency room, ambulatory care, acute medical/surgical and psychiatry services, cardio pulmonary, diabetes education, laboratory, medical imaging (CT scanner), nutrition counseling, pharmacy and physiotherapy services.
