This role involves managing complex, high-volume inpatient and outpatient services, while ensuring high-quality care for a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex and high-volume inpatient and outpatient services. Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. For community hospital sites, apply critical care skills to manage patients requiring intensive care or emergency intervention.
