General Helper

JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL HELPER

The general helper will do the minor repairs of the building and do a daily monitoring of the general conditions of the building. The staff will also be the one who will coordinate major repairs to the departments.

Qualifications

· High school graduate or college undergraduate.

· At least 2-5 years of relevant experience to the job.

· General Maintenance & Repairs - Ability to the diagnose and fix common facility issues.

· Plumbing Basics – Fixing leaks, replacing faucets, unclogging drains. Installing fixtures.

· Carpentry – Repairing doors, cabinets, drywall, flooring, and basic farming.

· Painting – Painting, Stealing, patching of wall and ceiling leak marks and touch-ups.

· Mechanical Aptitude – Repairing and maintaining tools, equipment, and appliances.

· Mansory and concrete repairs – Small patching, sealing, and surface repairs.
