General Foreperson

FLINT is seeking a General Foreperson with a minimum of 5 years' industrial maintenance experience, including senior supervisory leadership experience, for a permanent role in Conklin/Christina Lake, Alberta starting March 17, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 per week travel pay, truck rate and benefits after 300+ hours worked. 

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial, O&G, or similar field.
• Previous supervisory experience (planning, cost control, scheduling, productivity management)
• Journeyperson trade certification strongly preferred.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: 
  • H2S Alive 
  • Common Safety Orientation (CSO) 
  • Standard First Aid 
  • WHMIS
