Requirements

  • 10–15 years’ proven experience in large-scale road building, infrastructure, bulk earthworks, or mining civils
  • Strong employment history with reputable and recognized contractors
  • National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Solid technical training with documented experience
  • Strong leadership, site management, and problem-solving abilities
