Summary The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Environmental Element Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for the Civil Engineer Base Maintenance Contract. The incumbent provides expertise and technical support, through contracts/services/products/advisory and oversight to environmental programs at MacDill AFB.
