Responsibility
We are looking for a full-time Admin Clerk to handle daily clerical and administrative tasks, including filing and basic data entry using the SQL system.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and document handling
Maintain proper filing system (physical and digital)
Handle basic data entry and updates in SQL system
Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Organize and maintain documents for easy retrieval
Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Familiarity with SQL system is an advantage
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
