Role Summary:
The Administrative Clerk take in charge all administrative tasks related to Project management and the Quick Response Center (QRC). The mission is to meet company objectives and policies related to Quality, On time Delivery, DCIQ Cycle Time (CT), Costs and Cost Reduction and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). This includes, but is not limited to, handling of all these administrative activities and supporting Project Engineer on priorities.
Your Role:
Management of administrative tasks inherent to the project management team
Create the jobs into company systems (AMP, Oracle)
Handle the Order fulfillment into Oracle (Booking/Sales)
Follow up deliveries with customers to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Issue customer invoices on time to support accurate billing and improve cash collection performance
Perform goods receipt in the ERP system, ensuring accurate pos...
