Summary This position is located in the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch of the Division of Enforcement Litigation. The Branch conducts the litigation in the U.S. Court of Appeals involving the enforcement or review of Board Orders. The incumbent serves as a General Attorney (Labor) working under the supervision of the Branch Chief or a Supervisory Attorney, preparing assigned cases involving enforcement litigation in the U.S. Court of Appeals, and litigation in the U.S. Supreme Court. Responsibilities As a General Attorney (Labor) (Appellate Litigation Attorney), GS-0905-13, your typical work assignments may include: Analyzing the entire case record and conducting extensive legal research and investigating the facts as well as the laws, regulations and legal precedents.
