Job Description
We are looking for a reliable General Assistant to help manage records, proposals, and documentation using the Salesforce system. This role supports daily operations and ensures information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain records in Salesforce
Prepare and organize proposals and client documents
Manage files, reports, and internal documentation
Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
Track updates, deadlines, and follow-ups
Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
Basic experience with Salesforce (preferred, not required)
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, email)
Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM systems
Background in administration or office support
Familiarity with proposals and reporting
