Gi Group is supporting McLaren Automotive to recruit 15 Automotive assembly operatives for a high-profile role within the production area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers.

Pay Rates

  • £15.14 per hour up to 40 hours
  • £22.72 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours and on Saturdays
  • £30.29 per hour overtime rate on Sundays and bank holidays

Working Hours

Monday to Friday with possible overtime on weekends. Shift: 05:30 am – 14:15 pm.

Responsibilities

As an assembly operative reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will:

  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to and that the build process (PES) is followed to deliver a supercar to the desired standard.
