We're looking for a dependable General Admin Virtual Assistant to support an Australian healthcare client with daily administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can work independently and stay organised.
Key Responsibilities:
• General administrative support
• Email and calendar management
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Data entry and document preparation
• Handling enquiries in a professional manner
• Other ad hoc admin tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Previous admin or VA experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Work Details:
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (PH Time)
• Monday to Friday | Weekends off
• Work from home
• Supporting an Australian healthcare client
