General Administrative Assistant (Construction / Electrical Services)
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support a Construction Electrical Service client. This role focuses on administrative support, scheduling coordination, invoicing, permitting, and dispatch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Send and manage client emails and correspondence
- Process online-generated permits
- Prepare and manage invoices (experience is a plus)
- Coordinate job scheduling and calendars
- Make calls for scheduling and confirmations
- Monitor Google ads as needed
- Dispatch electricians to job sites
- Provide productivity reports via email or chat
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Jobber software is a plus
