Dunbrae Subic Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and finance team. The role involves recording financial transactions, assisting with account reconciliations, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient and accurate accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts)
- Assist in preparing vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and billing statements
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and files
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
