Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial transactions of the company.
  • Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flow of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare budget forecast.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual BIR reports.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder of BS Accountancy, Finance or any business related course.
  • At least 1-3 years work experience in the same position in the same industry.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
