General Accountant (Chinese Speaking)


People Profilers Vietnam is looking for a General Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the company's accounting and finance operations.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Tracking and planning payments for outstanding invoices, monitoring customer receivables.
  • Monitoring and reconciling accounts payable with suppliers.
  • Managing the invoicing system, issuing VAT invoices.
  • Managing income and expenses, preparing expense payment requests.
  • Data entry and accounting for incurred business transactions.
  • Collecting and maintaining a system of accounting documents, including customer contracts, supplier contracts, and input/output VAT invoices.
