The role of the
Gender Officer i
s to assist in the assessment, development, and implementation of activities, ensuring effective inclusion and gender mainstreaming, and enhancing community resilience by
integrating gender and inclusion perspectives into disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation.

There are two openings for this position,
one in each of the Thatta or Badin office in rural Sindh,
and the
second in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan.

The responsibilities include the following:

• Assist in the development and
  implementation of community-based gender and DRR
  advocacy campaigns, including IEC materials, media outreach, and engagement of Climate Ambassadors and local artists.
