Job Description
We are currently seeking a GenAI Training and Development Lead to join our global Technology team, developing and delivering Generative AI training aligned with the Firm’s GenAI strategy for lawyers and business professionals.
Why this role matters:
- Translate the Firm’s Generative AI strategy into practical training initiatives that drive awareness, capability, and adoption across all skill levels.
- Collaborate closely with Practice Innovation, Leadership & Learning, and Technology Change & Adoption teams to design, govern, and deliver impactful GenAI training and resources.
- Combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery to support behavioral change, manage risk, and ensure GenAI training is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with Firm policies.
- Support Firm‑wide GenAI adoption beyond lawyers, with potential expansion into broader AI capabilities over time.
