Job Description

Join us as a GenAI Lead Engineer where you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of GenAI solutions within the Data‑as‑a‑Service ecosystem. This role will drive LLM architecture, advanced RAG implementations, and AI‑powered data services, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Barclays' governance standards. The engineer will oversee end‑to‑end technical delivery, guide engineering teams, establish reusable frameworks, and partner with data, security, and platform teams to integrate GenAI capabilities across core DaaS platforms.

To be successful as a GenAI Lead Engineer , you should have experience with:
