Gen AI Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large financial datasets to extract insights and support strategic business decisions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms for banking and finance use cases, such as risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
• Apply and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for document analysis, customer communication, and regulatory compliance.
• Deploy ML models to production environments and ensure pipeline reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in banking and finance.
• Follow Agile methodologies using tools such as JIRA or Rally.
