We are looking for a GenAI Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Generative AI solutions. This role will lead AI initiatives end-to-end—from ideation and PoC to production—while remaining deeply hands-on with solution development and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and implementation of GenAI solutions and rapid PoCs aligned to business needs

Hands-on development with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agents, and fine-tuning

Own the transition of PoCs to scalable, production-ready systems

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to define use cases and success metrics

Evaluate and integrate GenAI frameworks, models, and cloud AI services

Establish best practices for performance, security, and responsible AI usage
