GDS Consulting_Staff Data Engineer

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Staff Data Engineer to join the EY GDS Data Engineering Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

• At least 1 year of experience in developing cloud data ingestion and processing pipelines using at least 2 of the following: Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience in using any or combination of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableu, Looker, Qlick.
• Hands-on experience in using any or combination of Python, Pyspark, Scala, Java script and SQL. 
• Familiar with CI/CD development using devops/Git.
• Confident to learn new technologies to solve complex technical problems/deliverables in a fast face environment.
• Confident on his skills to handle support roles where debugging and strong analytical skills are a must.
