GCP Kubernetes SME | 12-Month Contract | $35/hr | Remote I’m currently supporting a major client on a large-scale cloud-native programme and we’re looking for a GCP-centric Kubernetes SME to join on a 12-month contract. This role sits within a high-performing engineering team building and operating production-grade microservices and data workloads in Google Cloud. Tech Stack GCP GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) Kubernetes Microservices architecture Data Engineering workloads What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with GKE in production Deep Kubernetes operational knowledge (scaling, networking, troubleshooting) Experience supporting distributed microservices environments Comfortable working with data-heavy or compute-intensive workloads Confident operating in a cloud-native environment (IAM, networking, security best practices) This is not a junior DevOps role, we need someone who can genuinely operate and stabilise production Kubernetes environments.
