Description

  • Support the coordination of GCO programmes, including project tracking and reporting on progress.

  • Maintain and update the GCO SharePoint site.

  • Assist in drafting governance documents and email communications for Corporate Governance Advisors and Experts.

  • Monitor the GCO's annual budget and ensure alignment with quarterly forecasts.

  • Provide regular budget status reports to the General Counsel.

  • Manage the processing and payment of invoices.

  • Coordinate internal GCO meetings: prepare agendas, draft meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on actions.
