Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate planned and preventative maintenance activities.
- Ensure plant and equipment achieve high levels of operational availability.
- Monitor equipment performance and respond urgently to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the Plant Foreman and Service Supervisors.
- Develop and manage daily job plans and maintenance schedules.
- Implement OEM and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Identify equipment defects and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate engineering maintenance records and equipment history.
- Review, verify, and approve service reports and job cards.
- Ensure engineering documentation is updated and maintained.
- Verify stock issues and ensure incorrect issues are returned.
